Our lab uses a variety of methods (interview, self-report, observational, experimental, and psychophysiological) to investigate emotion regulation mechanisms within individuals and across groups.

Our goal is to produce research and theory that broaden our current understandings of emotion regulation in order to improve  the efficacy of psychologycal intervention.
